Bug in designtool?

Hello. We’re have some issues in our shop

When we (and our customers) wants to add a design to a t-shirt, we dont have all our shop designs to choose from. And the options is different from one country to another.

-Same procedure, but different options.
Create Tool > Design > Shop Design

we’ve tried different browsers like Chrome and Firefox, both mobile and desktop and its all the same.

Is this a known issue?

Its a frustrating issue, and we hope it can get fixed.

This is a bug that I have reported and I will hopefully let you know in the next couple of hours when this will be fixed. Thanks for your patience!

Yeah, no worries. Our developers will do that. The screenshots you sent are already enough to see that this is a bug. So thank you for your efforts!
