Brexit: UK > EU orders

I am considering opening a shop in here on behalf of a UK company that is not VAT registered in UK.
I found articles in the forum regarding the fact that there’s nothing to worry about, but those were older threads.

Is that still so?
Are we 100% sure customers ordering from EU would not experience orders stuck at customs?
Who pays the EU VAT, and how?

In my situation, “try and find out” is not an option :slight_smile:
