We experience big problems with the US Shop service and need urgent help, but no answer from Customer Service for over a week.

We are SPOD members and Claudia has also been informed about delivery times are way off.

For most Women’s Spreadshirt Premium Tanktop orders LAT Tank Tops will be sent instead without further notice!
Every customer ordering a Womens Premium Tank Top from us receives a completely different and wrong shirt and even pays a way to high price (the LAT Top is much cheaper than the Premium Tank). As we sell trough Amazon/Ebay/Etsy we now constantly receive bad rating and reviews which does harm our business in very very bad way for a long time.
We have been sending Emails to Spreadshirt US Partner Service but do not get help from there and we need to solve this urgently even if it means we would have to stop selling at all.
Sure we do have some understanding, that the US does suffer from Corona restrictions, but things like sending cointinously wrong items (as the premium top is probably out of stock) is just a killer for everyones business and very not ok in my opinion.
Could you please get us in touch with someone in charge of this as soon as possible to avoid more customer complaints and working on a solution?
