Actually TWO questions -
I went onto the “create your own product” section of spreadshirt.co.uk to see how pricing compares with my shop and I was shocked!
The “mens premium tee shirt” starts at a base price of £10.99 and then I can add text to it
My OWN “base price” for this SAME shirt is £14.99 in my pricing table and if I go into the “create your own” section on my own site then the base price is £15.99!!!
For any text based designs, I could literally recreate the design on Spreadshirt for cheaper than my own base price in the pricing table for my store - that’s BEFORE I add any margin???
WHY such a HUGE difference in price??
Second question - might need to be a feature request - under the old pricing mechanism based on “design price” we could assign different prices to different designs on our own shop (and in the marketplace)
I don’t care about the marketplace but in my own shop I want to be able to charge different prices for different designs - for example text only designs that are quick and easy to make I want to sell at a low price but other designs that require many hours of work and creativity I want to charge a higher price for to reflect the intrinsic value of the design - which I suspect many others would agree with. Should I pop this one over in the feature requests?
