(1) Is there any way of creating coupon code to give to my customers? If not, I request to bring this feature.
(2) Is there any way to get my customers’ data?

We don’t actually have Codes anymore. We offer approx. 2 promotions per month (the last one for this year is running right now, from Monday 9th of December to Wednesday, 11th of December) and there aren’t actually any codes. From March onwards (so in approximately 3 Months) you’ll have much more freedom in setting your own promotions but without any code. As you can see here: https://shop.spreadshirt.com/SpreadShop in the header, during a promotion your customers just have to click on “Redeem” to get the 15% off everything 
If you mean the name, address and any other personal detail… then the answer is no. But you can use for example Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel to find out more about your audience.
Your coupon code is okay, but it is better for marketing if I can offer a custom code to my customer.
It is better if I can get the data of our generated customers
