I’m afraid I have some bad news for you: In the next hours the face mask will be temporarily put on stock-out until at least Tuesday. All orders placed until today will still be produced and shipped. Furthermore, the face mask will no longer be part of % promos starting next week. We don’t want customers to wait a month for their product so there is no other option at the moment, unfortunately. More information will follow next week!
In my (Facebook) RSS product feed, I don’t see the face mask showing up. It also was not showing up a week ago. Is that because it is a new product? Or is it because the supply is scarce?

It’s not you. It’s us. Or better to say, it’s Google that hasn’t defined a product category ID for this kind of products yet. But these ID’s are a requirement to list products within a feed for the Google Merchant Center.
That´s why the masks are missing in feeds for now.
Can you please give us an update on when masks already ordered will start shipping.
Also when you will have a new supply of masks for people to order?

New supply should be available most likely by the end of this week/beginning of next week.
I have several mask orders that were placed 29/4 that still show “New” days later, yet this post says all orders placed “today” (30/4) would be still produced and shipped. Can you please get someone to look into this?

Thanks Thomas. But why do I need a Google category ID for Facebook? I’m using the Facebook feed, not Google Merchant Center feed.
The masks will be reactivated from Monday at the latest. But, to better control the capacity of our productions we have to remove the masks from all promos. Technically it is not possible to exclude single products from free shipping promos. Therefore we had to change these promos to 15% on everything (except face masks) promos. An official communication about this will follow tomorrow at the latest.
UPDATE: The mask will be reactivated within the next half hour.
The production time is still 12-15 days. This is also shown on the detail page and in the checkout. We hope that within the next two weeks the production time will become lower.
The mask is still excluded from all % promos.

Not for now unfortunately. We are looking into other mask options but I’ll let you know as soon as I have more info. The toddler mask will only be available in Norther America & Oceania.
Many thanks. Any improvement on speeding up delivery of masks already ordered. I’ve had four masks cancelled by customers because they are taking so long. I appreciate there is high demand but I do have some orders from quite some time back.
